DocSolutionUSA offers custodian services for non-securitization purposes on any loan files (safekeeping), including residential and commercial real estate loans, auto loans and personal loans.

DocSolutionUSA’s custodian warehouse is located in the Houston area. The loan files are stored in fireproof and waterproof cabinets with 24-hour video surveillance and onsite staff rotation in the secure facility. DocSolutionUSA carries specific custodian insurance to provide protection for our clients.

As a part of the service, DocSolutionUSA offers file on-boarding, imaging the received physical collateral files, providing images for the client on the web portal to access, handling training document storage, bar coding, de-boarding and transferring

• Data extraction from loan files
• Critical documents review based on the client’s specification
• Endorsement & Assignment stamping
